Rev. Amy Hodge is the director of Kid's Crossing. She is married to Nathan Hodge, and is the mother of three young sons (Andrew, Ian and Charlie). Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and while attending SFA she was the Director of Children's Ministries and Interim Director of Youth Ministries at First United Methodist Church Nacogdoches.  Amy has a Master of Theological Studies degree from Southern Methodist University, and while attending SMU she was the Youth Director at Tennison Memorial United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant.  After graduation from SMU, Amy taught 3 year-olds at First United Methodist Church Humble's Preschool. She was commissioned for the ministry of Deacon and elected into membership in the Texas Annual Conference in 2003. Amy served as the Associate Pastor of Children and Families at Christ Church United Methodist in The Woodlands, Texas.  At Christ Church, Amy was active in the Preschool, leading the Chapel services for the children, and also served on the Preschool Board of Directors. Amy and her family have enjoyed living and serving in Canton since January of 2004.  In May of 2007 Amy was ordained as a Deacon and she is excited to begin the fourth year of school at Kid’s Crossing!
